Position Profile:

By adhering to the highest standards in the management of visitor laundry/dry-cleaning, associates’ uniforms, and other hotel linens and laundry equipment, make the most positive impact on guest experiences with personal commitment and an emotional sense of gracious hospitality.

  • Provides visitors with a 5-star/5-diamond experience and the legendary service of the Oetker Collection, all while practicing high integrity.
  • Communicate with internal team members to inform them of passenger service needs, items that require maintenance, and issues of concern in a prompt, proactive manner as appropriate, and maintain positive internal and external relationships.
  • Guarantee that all hotel policies, procedures, standards, and practices are adhered to.
  • Utilize approved hotel products and equipment to meticulously process laundry/dry-cleaning items to the highest standards, with authentic care, attention, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure that the Valet/Uniform/Linen room is kept tidy and organized.
  • Ensure that all guest and internal laundry/dry-cleaning/uniform requests are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist other team members in Housekeeping and other departments as requested and assume other ad hoc-related responsibilities as necessary.
