Nestled in the residential area of Brickell, Four Seasons Hotel Miami is an urban sanctuary surrounded by Miami’s most beloved communities. Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Guest Room Attendant who is enthusiastic and is dedicated to achieving excellence in all aspects of their work. Schedule & Hours

  • Full-Time
  • Morning Shift – 8:30 am to 5 pm. This position requires the flexibility to work a diverse schedule encompassing days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities of Guestroom Attendant Jobs in USA 2025

  • Has a predetermined number of rooms to clean during a turn.
  • Replaces dirty towels and bedding with new ones from the linen closet.
  • Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (chamber, living room, dining room, and restroom) in accordance with the established procedure.
  • Prepares the bed.
  • Cleans marble and tile surfaces and vacuums carpets.
  • Removes service platters, dishes, and trolleys from the rooms to service the landings.
  • Replaces depleted amenities, including shampoo, moisturizers, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
  • Adhere to the work rules and standards of conduct of Four Seasons.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors in a professional and harmonious manner.

The following qualifications and skills are preferred:

  • Be capable of working in an upright position for an extended period of time, up to eight hours per day.
  • Capacity to execute designated responsibilities with precision, efficiency, and follow-through, while requiring minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to communicate effectively in English.
  • Capacity to perform physical labor in accordance with the hotel’s standards for cleansing assigned rooms.
  • Demonstrated capacity to push or pull large loads weighing up to 30 lbs.; grasp, bend, and kneel.
  • Strong preference is given to candidates with prior experience in housekeeping.
