What will your typical day look like?

Your responsibilities as an Executive Service Coordinator will encompass, but are not restricted to:

Executive Support

  • Calendar management, which encompasses the proactive identification and resolution of conflicts
  • Inbox management, which encompasses the organization, escalation, and maintenance of time-sensitive emails and approvals
  • Visas and security protocols, as well as travel coordination
  • Expense and time management
  • Coordination of meetings and events, attendance, and minute-taking as needed
  • Creating, revising, and disseminating correspondence

Firm Support

  • Initiative support from both internal and external sources
  • Teamwork, collaboration, and peer-to-peer companion support
  • Complete logistical support for staff and client activities, including on-site participation

About the team

We are committed to utilizing the appropriate firm resources to manage and coordinate administrative tasks for our internal customers as a member of the Executive Support Services Team within Central Business Services. Our team represents and collaborates with the Partners and Directors in addressing work-related matters. Continuous on-the-job learning and collaboration, growth, and connection are our primary objectives.

You will also be a part of the expanding Indigenous community at Deloitte, which is comprised of Indigenous employees (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) spanning Turtle Island and employed in a variety of service lines. In addition to participating in and celebrating Indigenous cultures in the workplace and individually through paid cultural days, our Indigenous community offers invaluable advice to the various departments of the firm on how to advance reconciliation in a corporate environment.

Total Rewards

Individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program, and the salary range for this position is $47,000 – $78,000. The salaries of our employees are competitive and equitable at Deloitte.
