• Examines the appropriate production equipment for hygiene, allergens, and extraneous objects and materials.
• Executes the machinery setup/shutdown process in accordance with the batch document for the specific operation of the equipment.
• Mixes/cooks quantities or wraps products according to the formula in the batch page.
• Ensures that the equipment is operating within the parameters of the process by monitoring it throughout the production cycle.
• Conducts and sustains quality inspections and assessments.
• Collaborates and communicates with colleagues.
• Executes daily household duties.
• Consistently adheres to good maintenance practices in order to ensure a safe, dry, and clean working environment.
