We are currently seeking Press Machine Operators to join our teams in order to accommodate our expanding operations. You will be designated to one of our production lines after completing a three-month training program in our Training Department.
Our primary objective is to enhance your abilities. As a result of our ongoing Learning & Development Program, you will acquire new skills pertaining to new products, such as jackets, trousers, or accessories. Additionally, you will have the chance to advance, and why not join our Warranty, Sample, Quality, or Training Teams or become one of our future Team Leaders.
This position is a permanent, full-time position that is situated in the Queensborough area of New Westminster. The role is available from Monday to Friday.
Meet Your Future Team:
You will collaborate with 10-12 team members to ensure that all quality and efficiency standards are met when pressing various products, and you will be overseen by a Production Supervisor.
If you were our Press Machine Operator, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- You will have the opportunity to contribute to the production of our most significant products, including the iconic Alpha SV jacket, outdoor clothing, Veilance products, harnesses, and packs, by adhering to the Company’s apparel construction procedures in accordance with the model specifications and the instructions of the Team Leader and/or Supervisor.
- Prioritize quality. Review, rectify, and resolve any quality control issues in collaboration with the Quality Control Inspector, your Team Leader, and/or Supervisor.
- Our DNA is to evolve, and you will be the one to champion it. You will collaborate with your team to identify areas for development in order to surpass yesterday.
- In cross-learning, we are confident that you will be consistently challenged to enhance your abilities and to assist all production lines as needed.

- The minimum requirement is one year of experience in a fast-paced work environment, such as manufacturing, culinary services, or hospitality.

At the time of this posting, the commencing compensation for factory skill-based workers is CAD$18.50 per hour. Upon the completion of training, the estimated pay range is CAD$18.50 to $20.00.
